As a UKCP and BACP registered counsellor, I bring a wealth of clinical experience to my practice. My work focuses on supporting individuals facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, bereavement, anger management, addiction, and issues related to sexuality.

I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. 

Iam a Chartered Counselling Phychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council. I have over 15 years of experience working in the NHS where I continue to work as a senior physchologist in a specialist maternal mental health as well as the private sector.

Alexis is a certified clinical hypnotherapist registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH).

 Alexis helps people to overcome unwanted habits, fears, and anxieties, and to maximise performance in business or athletics.

Hypnosis is a natural state. Everyone experiences trance in moments of daydreaming, intense concentration, and when entering and exiting sleep.

I am a Pluralistic Therapist who integrates elements of Humanistic, Psychodynamic and CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) approaches. My aim is to empower you to lead a life that is more peaceful, content, and fulfilling. I conduct sessions in both English and German.

As a fully qualified CBT therapist registered with the BABCP, I bring over ten years of experience in adult mental health to my practice. I offer a warm, friendly, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions.

My core training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is complemented by my specialization in Compassion-Focused Therapy for Low Self-Esteem. 

I am an experienced CBT and EMDR therapist, specializing in treating OCD, as well as Generalised anxiety and anxiety attacks, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and low self-esteem. Other difficulties I treat include Health anxiety, Social anxiety, BDD, and phobias. 

I am a certified Life Coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner specialising in relationships.  I work with individuals and couples navigating challenges relating to separation, divorce, long-term partnerships, family dynamics and friendships.  I also see clients who want to work on the relationship with themselves, including self-esteem and self-worth. My coaching is confidential, calm, collaborative and forward-focused, designed to help you feel lighter, clearer and more confident about the future.
