Iam a Chartered Counselling Phychologist accredited by the British Psychological Society and the Health and Care Professions Council. I have over 15 years of experience working in the NHS where I continue to work as a senior physchologist in a specialist maternal mental health as well as the private sector.

I am a fully qualified Integrative therapist, registered with the BABCP and BACP. I am trained in a number of different therapeutic approaches and therefore I am well placed to tailor the treatment approach to my client's needs, drawing on a range of styles and tools. I have over fifteen years of experience working within adult mental health. I offer a warm, friendly and non-judgemental space from which to explore both present issues and gain deeper insight into past experiences.

I am an experienced CBT and EMDR therapist, specializing in treating OCD, as well as Generalised anxiety and anxiety attacks, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and low self-esteem. Other difficulties I treat include Health anxiety, Social anxiety, BDD, and phobias.
