Sarah Colbourne
Sarah Colbourne is a qualified integrative psychotherapist, trained at The Minster Centre. She works with individuals navigating a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, trauma, depression, identity and cultural issues, menopause, intergenerational trauma, and stress and burnout. Her approach is integrative and client-led, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences safely and at their own pace. Sarah offers both short- and long-term counselling, shaped around each person’s unique therapeutic needs. Through an initial session and ongoing assessment, she works collaboratively with clients to develop a way of working that feels relevant, supportive, and sustainable.
Her practice is grounded in building self-awareness and understanding, helping clients make sense of their experiences while fostering resilience and emotional clarity. Sarah’s work supports individuals in moving towards a greater sense of balance, connection, and wellbeing.

The first thing to do is contact me with your contact details and a brief description of any questions you may have regarding therapy. I will then get back in touch to arrange a session without obligation.
After the session, if we decide to work together, we can proceed with further sessions. This will involve a detailed assessment, which will allow us to explore how we might work together in a way that is relevant to your therapeutic needs. This could mean either short or long-term counselling.
