Hi I’m Remi I’m a qualified Reiki Master, and I’m really passionate about offering people a space where they are able to relax and to allow the body what it needs to do to self heal.

Reiki is a mode of energy healing which will involve me placing my hands either on or just above your body whilst you are fully clothed. The Reiki energy promotes the relaxation response from your body, and works with your body to heal itself.

We often experience imbalances in our body which can manifest itself in a variety of different ways including pain, stress and anxiety. Reiki and its beautiful, gentle energy can often help in rebalancing the imbalances within your body to address these manifestations.
