Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle way of working with the body using a light touch to relieve compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column.

CST is intended to support and enhance your body’s ability to balance, restore and heal itself, as well as helping to reduce stress and build energy. It’s also thought to help restore cranial mobility and ease restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle hands-on treatment that may provide relief from a variety of symptoms including headaches, neck pain and side effects of cancer treatment among many others. CST uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of fluids in and around the central nervous system.
