I  am a professionally qualified and experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist.This means that I work with people to think about how their past experiences might have shaped their lives, in particular trying to give them insight into why they may be experiencing difficulties in the present.

I work with a vast range of issues, and I have experience in helping men and women who have suffered childhood trauma, physical and emotional abuse, a lack of confidence and low self-esteem, as well as general anxiety and depression. I also have a particular interest in working with men who find it hard to open up.

I offer a safe and confidential space to talk, through both open-ended therapy, or short-term work.
