Anxious, sad or struggling with a relationship?
No matter what might be troubling you, I create a warm welcoming space where no subject is off-limits.
Together we can explore your experiences, and how the different parts of your life are impacting you. Through our work, I can help you develop a better understanding of yourself.
I will be alongside you every step of the way, as you discover resources to overcome your difficulties.
Therapy can be a life changing experience!
With over seven years experience working with clients in the NHS, the voluntary sector and private practice, I am able to draw on several therapeutic approaches to help you get the most from our sessions.
I trained at The Minster Centre, a leading Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy training college.
My qualification is a four-year UKCP-accredited Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling.
I'm an Accredited Member of the UKCP and a Registered
Member of the BACP and abide by their ethical frameworks.
Starting therapy can be daunting, especially if you are coming for the first time.
You may not even know where to begin. It is my job to make it easy for you to open up, by asking questions about your life and what you want to get out of therapy.
In this first session I will encourage you to ask me questions about the work.
